Every room has 40” smart TV, bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair. The only slight difference is with the downstairs bedroom which will have the drawers incorporated into the wardrobe to save on space.
Kitchen also has a TV alongside air fryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Tenants will also be able to use tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board, iron and large fridge freezer. Cleaner is included bi-monthly for common areas. We have agreed a rate of £20 per clean per room should tenants want this. Water tank which services the house is 200 litres to ensure plenty of water for all four en-suites.
Each room has individual heating controls allowing tenants to boost heat when required.
