Setting up in July 2018 on Fir Road, husband and wife duo Leighton and Gemma started out as a dynamic duo with bags of experience in the property market, having worked both locally and central London. Launching with a unique model that combines the benefits of physical premises and local knowledge with the transparent fees of an online agent, the business quickly took off and has since shown no sign of slowing.

In January 2019 Rachel joined the team as Sales Manager, followed by Emmie who handles everything admin whilst negotiating sales for our clients along with Nicola, who is the newest member of the team. You will probably recognise Stacey whilst out and about viewing our houses as Stacey is our full time viewing representative. To accommodate this rapid growth the office has also been renovated, opening up more rooms – one of which is now the base of independent mortgage broker Michelle Cooke of MLC Financial Services.

Striking up partnerships with other local businesses is one of the ways in which will be adding value for their customers in 2020, having recently teamed up with Almond Family Pubs to offer some special deals for their customers.

In a short period of time, Leighton Snow have successfully established themselves as a reputable local business: no longer the new agent, Leighton says, but the go-to agent, and one of the top three estate agents locally to be called out to property valuations. It just goes to show that dedication does pay off!

Our offices are on the first floor where you can visit us for a meeting or just a friendly catch up over a coffee in our meeting room. In an age where Rightmove and the internet dominate property search and sales, we feel a better approach is to forgo the large and expensive office and focus on the business of selling property for a reasonable cost.

Our office in Bramhall allows clients to pop in and speak with us during business hours and when our office is closed our phones transfer through to our personal mobiles so we’re always contactable.
